Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free discovery calls can be rescheduled or canceled at any time using the scheduling link. There is no cost associated with a discovery call.

The medical evaluation fee, if any, is due at booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a late-cancellation fee to reflect the reserved clinician time. [Specific amounts to be confirmed by the practice.]

Once enrolled and prior to any medication being dispensed, program fees may be refunded on a prorated basis, less any clinician time already provided. Once medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy, that portion of the fee is generally non-refundable, consistent with pharmacy practice.

You may end treatment at any time. Remaining, unused, and undispensed portions of the program will be prorated where practical. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

We ask that appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Last-minute changes may not be possible depending on provider availability.

Refund and cancellation requests can be submitted through the contact form. Please include your name, program name, and reason for the request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your program.
