Why the program is priced this way

The at-home oral format is significantly less expensive per session than clinic-based IV ketamine or Spravato — often by a large margin. That is because there is no per-session facility fee, no in-person nursing staffing, and no travel required. What is included is the clinician time, integration coaching, medication (dispensed by a licensed pharmacy), and program infrastructure.

Does insurance cover it?

Insurance coverage for ketamine used off-label in psychiatric care is limited. In practice, most patients in oral ketamine programs pay out-of-pocket. We are transparent about pricing so there are no surprises. Spravato (an FDA-approved product used in-office) is a separate treatment with different coverage rules.

HSA and FSA

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can often be used to pay for eligible medical expenses, including qualifying prescription and clinical services. Rules vary by plan and administrator. Keep receipts and consult your plan documents or a tax advisor for specifics.

Financing options

For patients who prefer to spread payments out, third-party healthcare financing options are commonly available (for example, CareCredit and similar patient-financing providers). Approval, interest rates, and terms are determined by the financing provider, not by our practice.

Cancellations, refunds, and appointment changes

Discovery calls are free to reschedule. Medical evaluation and enrollment fees follow the terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — see /legal/refund-policy for details, including handling of medication that has already been dispensed by a pharmacy.

How to know if it's worth it

Cost is only one factor. The right question is whether the program is a plausible clinical fit for what you are trying to change — a determination that requires a comprehensive medical evaluation. A free discovery call is a low-pressure way to start.
