Our Why

Sarasota Ketamine Therapy was born from our own lives, not a business plan.

We're a married couple, entrepreneurs, biohackers, lifelong learners, and two people who deeply care about giving back to the Sarasota community we call home.

Both of us spent years researching, experimenting, and searching for better ways to feel, heal, grow, and become healthier versions of ourselves. Ketamine became an important part of each of our journeys, and eventually we asked ourselves a simple question:

How can we use everything we've learned to help other people?

We combined Kristen's background in human development, research, wellness, coaching, and integration with Michael's experience in entrepreneurship, technology, and systems to create the kind of program we wished existed when we began our own journeys.

We built Sarasota Ketamine Therapy to make medically supervised, at-home ketamine therapy more personal, accessible, affordable, and intentional.

For us, this is bigger than ketamine. It's about giving people another tool, surrounding them with education and support, and helping them discover what's possible in their own lives.

That's how Sarasota Ketamine Therapy was born, and that's still the heart behind everything we do.

Sarasota Ketamine Therapy is owned and operated by KCC Advisory LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida.

Kristen Clark

Kristen Clark is a senior-level higher education executive who has spent more than 25 years helping people reach their potential. Outside of her professional career, she has spent more than 15 years immersed in holistic wellness, biohacking, longevity, neuroscience, and the connection between mind and body.

A lifelong learner and relentless researcher, Kristen has an exceptional ability to dive deeply into complex subjects, connect the science, and translate what she learns into practical strategies people can actually use.

Her passion grew from her own health journey. After navigating four autoimmune conditions, Kristen became determined to understand her health from every angle. Today, she reports that her laboratory testing no longer reflects the autoimmune markers once present, while biological-age testing has estimated her approximately 12 years younger than her chronological age.

Kristen is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Psychedelic Integration Specialist, Master Reiki Educator, Certified Life & Career Coach, and Certified Functional Nutritionist.

Her own experience with ketamine therapy led to years of research into ketamine, neuroplasticity, integration, and behavior change. She ultimately developed the integration model and 90-day program at the heart of Sarasota Ketamine Therapy.

Michael Clark

Michael Clark is a technology entrepreneur, executive consultant, and lifelong biohacker with more than 25 years of experience building businesses and technology systems.

In 2004, he founded Cinch I.T. and grew it into a national managed-services organization. He has since founded and advised multiple companies, including Aldrick, a men's health membership built for men over 40. Aldrick pulls scattered lab results, readings, and appointments into one clear, continually updated picture of a man's health, showing what matters most right now, what to do about it, and how things are changing month to month.

Michael's connection to Sarasota Ketamine Therapy is personal. After years of navigating OCD and anxiety, he became passionate about mental wellness, lifestyle optimization, and finding better ways to feel and function.

Through lifestyle changes, ketamine therapy, and work with his healthcare providers, Michael experienced greater calm, clarity, and focus and was ultimately able to discontinue long-term SSRI medication under medical guidance.

At Sarasota Ketamine Therapy, Michael brings his entrepreneurial and technology expertise to creating a private, secure, and simple at-home experience for clients.

Our approach

The Science of Transformation

Your brain changes in the direction of what you repeatedly practice.

When you repeatedly relive painful memories, your brain activates many of the same neural pathways and stress responses that were present during the original experience. Your heart rate may increase, your muscles may tense, and your body can react as though the event is happening in the present.

Ketamine creates a temporary window of increased neuroplasticity, making your brain more adaptable and open to forming healthier thought patterns. During this time, many people also experience increased theta brainwave activity, a state associated with deep relaxation, learning, creativity, and self-reflection.

That's why your one-on-one integration session is so important. Instead of reinforcing old patterns, we help you intentionally focus on the future you want to create. Together, we'll identify the thoughts, habits, and actions that align with your goals so your brain has new pathways to strengthen during this powerful window of change.

The medicine opens the window. Your focus, intentions, and daily actions help determine what your brain builds next.

Today, every patient is known by name, every treatment plan is personalized, and every conversation is judgment-free. We believe ketamine creates a unique window for change, but lasting transformation happens when that opportunity is paired with intention, education, and action.
