Sarasota Ketamine Therapy includes an Easy to Follow Integration Guide
We Partner with Pay-over-time Financing Companies to Make the Program Affordable
At Sarasota Ketamine Therapy, we’ve reimagined what mental wellness should feel like—calm, consistent, and entirely on your terms. Unlike IV drips, nasal sprays, or injections that can feel intense, clinical, or disconnected, our at-home oral ketamine program is designed to fit naturally into your life.
Our low-dose, slow-build protocol over 3 months promotes lasting neurological change—without the anxiety or overwhelm often triggered by more aggressive approaches. Co-developed by Dr. Natalie, a seasoned DNP in family medicine, and Kristen, a neurohacker and behavioral change expert, this program is deeply personal—we’ve used it ourselves to break through old patterns and unlock true clarity.
Now, we’re sharing it with you. It’s safe, effective, and empowering—and it starts at home.

At Sarasota Ketamine Therapy, we believe in healing from the inside out—starting right here in the community we love. While we serve clients across the country, Sarasota is where our hearts are rooted.
Our co-founder Kristen also leads Sarasota Sisterhood, a vibrant local network of over 14,000 women, built on connection, support, and growth. That same energy fuels our mission: to bring safe, at-home ketamine therapy to people who are ready to feel better—for good.
This is more than medicine. It’s personal. And there’s no better place to begin than the city that made us who we are.
Back in the 1960s, forward-thinking psychologists and researchers already knew the truth: low-dose psychedelics had the power to help the brain heal—not just cope. But that promising research was silenced for decades. Today, we’re picking up where they left off—with science, safety, and heart.
At Sarasota Ketamine Therapy, we believe healing should be a path back to yourself—not a lifetime of masking symptoms with medication. Ketamine allows the brain to create new connections, dissolve old patterns, and restore clarity from the inside out. This isn’t a crutch—it’s a catalyst.
We’ve seen clients gently reduce or eliminate medications like SSRIs, Adderall, and anti-anxiety drugs—not because they were told to, but because they finally didn’t need them. This is the future of mental wellness—rooted in evidence, delivered with empathy, and designed to last.
My first experience with ketamine was through IV treatment at a doctors office and although I was supposed to do six sessions, I only ended up doing two because they made me feel worse. I suffer from mild OCD and generalized anxiety disorder. So when a friend of mine mentioned trying the oral version of ketamine I was hesitant.
I did a little more research and I found other people with the same experiences as me not liking the IV treatment but benefiting from the oral route so I decided to give it a shot. It’s been roughly 2 months and I can say my OCD and anxiety as well as worrying about nonsense has diminished. I’m looking forward to month 3,4 and so on as I do believe this will help alleviate these systems more if not completely.
I love that the program is virtual and fits into my schedule. The client interaction is professional and warm. I never feel rushed or like they are trying to push other medication on me.
My experience with Kristen and Dr. Natalie has been nothing short of amazing. With their trauma release ketamine program, I was able to eliminate 95% of the intrusive thoughts that I’ve dealt with my entire life, day in and day out- that was initial focus when I decided to start healing. Because of not having to deal with those anymore, I am able to feel joy and not riddled with anxiety.
I’m much less reactive, and I don’t feel so irritable because the noise in my head is so much less. Life before ketamine was feeling a bit like a prisoner in my body, and now I feel free. The ways this has changed my life seem small when I say them out loud, but they are things that have kept me stuck in the same place, and unhappy in that place, for so many years. The integrative work that Kristen does helps tremendously but she also encourages making your journey an intuitive one.
For people like me with control issues, this was paramount. I always felt guided, but ultimately in charge of my own journey to a better existence, and that’s something I needed to do in order to grow. If you are considering the ketamine program, or even just learning about ketamine for the first time ever in reading this, this is your sign from the universe that this program is where you belong!
